CREATING MY OWN TOOTHBRUSH CASE

  On a coloured cardboard paper we cut a rectangle of the following dimensions

  • 25 cm (big side)
  • 12cm (small side)

We draw a straight line of 1 cm height on one of the big sides of the rectangle, as shown in the following diagram:

We divide the straight line into 5 even parts, as shown in the following diagram.  We draw on the upper part:
The 5 even parts of the straight line are cut with the scissors, as shown by the fragmented lines

We unit both ends of the rectangle and we glue them together so as to create a cylinder

  • We bend the 5 cut parts of the rectangle to the top so as to stand up easier.
  • We draw a circle of 11cm diameter as a base for our toothbrush case
  • We add the circle to the rectangle and we glue its 5 even parts on to the circle so as to consolidate the rectangle and complete our toothbrush case.
